Jason Day - chief executive officer

Mr. Day is a telecommunication veteran, having served ten years with Nokia in roles spanning R&D, sales and business development. In Mr. Day’s last role at Nokia, he lead business development activities for Nokia’s MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) business, establishing executive relationships these new mobile operators. Previously, Mr. Day managed Forum Nokia’s channel development organization, in the Americas. Mr. Day worked closely with all the major North American wireless operators and independent retailers to promote mobile applications and services. In that role, Mr. Day created strong relationships with the data and services stakeholders in each of those channels.
Chris Lovejoy - President

Mr. Lovejoy, another Nokia veteran, also has an extensive telecommunications background. Mr. Lovejoy has been involved in the wireless application and services industry since inception. In his last position with Nokia, Mr. Lovejoy led the embedded applications and services for Nokia’s North American Mobile Phones Business Unit, managing key partner relationships with companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo and America Online. During Mr. Lovejoy’s time with Nokia, he was also responsible for analyzing the wireless market and technologies, then partnering with 3rd party developers and content/brand providers to make applications and services based on those technologies a reality. Mr. Lovejoy has consulted for and aided some of the most successful wireless application and services companies in the US and Canada, providing valuable market and technology insight for these companies.
Matt Dunford - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Dunford brings several years of software development and operational experience from a software development start-up company, PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc. While at PentaSafe, Mr. Dunford was responsible for the worldwide software development and support of all enterprise applications. Mr. Dunford’s operations experience stems from managing several software development implementations that helped reduce cost and increase revenue growth through improvements in productivity, operational efficiency and service. Mr. Dunford also directed teams of contractors and employees through the complete development life cycle ensuring project success.
